How much is Postage and Handling?


A flat rate of $6.50 applies to all orders delivered to an Australian address. International customers, please email us for a quote at info@willowconnection.com.au

Can you drop ship items?


Customers are more than welcome to place orders and have them delivered to a specified delivery address. All orders will be accompanied by an invoice which will feature our logo, and the price paid, which may be unsuitable for some drop shipments.

Can you offer a specific day for when delivery will be made?


The majority of deliveries are handled by Australia Post and we cannot offer a definitive time or date for when deliveries will be made however, we aim to ship within 1-3 days of order placement.

Are items dispatched together, or in separate packages?


Generally items will be dispatched together.

Can you provide tracking numbers for packages?


We use Australia Post for freight unless otherwise requested by our customers therefore; we are unable to track orders once they have been dispatched to customers.

I have received my order and wish to return an item - how do I go about this?


We ask you to choose carefully as all sales are on a firm sale basis. If an incorrect product is supplied please return the title to us at the following address:

To help us process your return more efficiently, please enclose a copy of the Invoice that accompanied the goods as this contains all the information we need to process your return.

Please include a brief note requesting a refund and the reason for your return. We are unable to reimburse customers for expenses incurred returning titles to us unless the product is defective or not as advertised.

If either of these applies, please contact us prior to returning the goods to us.

The price of my pre-ordered book has dropped; can I receive a refund for the difference?


Sorry, we are unable to offer retrospective refunds once an order has been placed and the sale price agreed between ourselves and the customer.

Which payment options are available to me?


We accept payments made with the following credit cards: VISA and MasterCard.

Can I place my order across the telephone?


We can process orders via telephone however some prices are ‘web only offers’ and must be placed online.

Do you have a retail shop?


Our products are available online at this website or at specialist bookshops throughout Australia.
